Orders are prepared within 10–14 business days following purchase confirmation.

We offer standard shipping within France and internationally.

Shipping fee: €14 for orders under €180

Complimentary shipping on orders over €180.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return conditions:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• The item must be returned in perfect condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or not in conformity with the order.
